It increased my Twitter account’s performance. Now, I feel like a celebrity on Twitter, when I see my followers liking, commenting and even retweeting everything that I tweet.

For me, this is new and iI can’t try it as of now as I don’t have anything to offer, but it has given me some ideas which I can adopt in near future. 🙂

By the way, my stance on DM over Twitter is like the same as Ben, I don’t like DM and almost ignore them.

Hi Laura. Thanks for sharing some excellent advice. You should definitely be promoting your offer on Twitter, especially if it is related to Twitter. Personally, I don’t like direct messages. I generally ignore them when I receive them because most of the time people make them self-promoting when I believe they should be a genuine attempt to connect. I would rather share my promotion publicly with everyone instead of a single person anyway.
